Ridgecrest Jamalii

Alii IMP USA x Eastwinds Exotica

Malii came to us from a client, and we were commisioned to train and sell her. However, she very quickly became a part of our farm, and her amazing temperament sealed the deal.

Her show career started in late 2006, with a Champion at Queanbeyan Agricultural Show. Her next show was the 'AA Grade' National Capital Horse Show, where she won the Classic Head class and placed in her mare class. She was also successful at the 'A Grade' Royal Canberra Show - placing 3rd in her class against a very strong lineup. Malii recieved two other Champions at two 'B grade' shows last season.

Malii is a sister to the many times Australian Champion saddle mare Stapylton Park D'Aliiance.

Malii is a very valuable part of our team - and has earned the title "the dobber". She loves nothing more than to neigh alarms when something is not right, or there is a visitor to the farm. How else can we describe her? Barbie Doll. Her next favourite part of life is getting dolled up and looking gorgeous.

We had hoped that Malii would commence a saddle career this year, but after assessing our priorities it has been decided that our breeding program must come first. Malii will go in foal this year, and commence a saddle career when her foal is weaned. She will continue to be trained in the meantime.

Malii is a fantastic mare, and we would be mad to put off the chance to have her progeny on the ground.

After much thought, it has been decided that Malii will be served by River Oak Imprint in 2007, who proudly stands at River Oak Arabians.

Imprint is an Australian Champion son of the legendary Arjai Summitt, out of the gorgeous Princess Lukizzi IMP UK.
